Arlene Arnold of Heritage Oaks Quilts.  She specializes in vintage quilts.  Her lecture is entitled, “The Journey, Kentucky to California – 1894” and traces the journey her family’s quilt made to California.  She even comes dressed in period clothing.

Kathy Allen of Quilts by Kat will bring her latest Moda fabric collections as well as Fat Quarter bundles and Jelly Rolls. 

Carol of Kimonomomo will lecture on Japanese Sashiko. It will include 19th and 20th Century Japanese textiles as well as a discussion of techniques and design meanings. 

4/23 - A Boro (Japanese mending) Workshop by Carol of Kimonomomo. She will teach hands on Boro techniques using sashiko and Japanese fabric to mend clothing and create patches.

Yvonne Phenicie of Inspire Quilts. Her presentation is Sew Many Curves. She will share quilts using the Quick Curve Ruler (she is a certified instructor) and discuss what you can do with curves in your quilts.
